Clear Sky status

Current state: All systems operational.

Clear Sky publishes service-impacting incidents and scheduled maintenance on this page. There is no subscription list and no automated upstream-health probe in R1 — every entry is written by an operator following doc/runbooks/status-page-update.md (R1).

If you are seeing a problem and this page is green, please email [email protected] — see Support tiers.

Recent history

The full incident archive lives in archive/. Resolved incidents move to the archive once they have been closed for ~24 hours; the index above keeps only the in-progress set.

Top-level states

The status line above can read:

  • All systems operational. No known issues.
  • Investigating an issue. Operator has confirmed a problem and

is gathering information; no mitigation yet.

  • Service disruption. A customer-visible failure mode is in

effect; mitigation is underway.

  • Scheduled maintenance. A planned change is in progress; the

notice on the active-incident list names the window and the expected impact.

Per-incident detail (severity, started-at, status updates, resolved-at) lives in the individual incident page linked from the Active incidents list. The history archive carries the same structure for resolved incidents.
